1. Agreement to terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you and SecureInvest Society governing your access to and use of our website and services.
2. Educational content only
Our courses and materials are for general educational purposes. We do not provide individualized financial, legal, or tax advice and do not guarantee outcomes.
3. Accounts
- You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activities under your account.
4. Purchases and refunds
- Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change prospectively.
- Self-paced courses: 7-day satisfaction window if less than 25% of content consumed.
- Cohort and workshop programs may have different policies due to limited capacity.
5. License and acceptable use
- We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access purchased courses for the applicable access period.
- You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or resell course content.
6. Intellectual property
All content, trademarks, and branding are the property of SecureInvest Society or its licensors.
7. Disclaimers
Services are provided “as is.” We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement to the fullest extent permitted by law.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SecureInvest Society shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SecureInvest Society from claims arising from your use of the services or violation of these Terms.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that violates these Terms or harms others.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms prospectively. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
